Rates and Insurance

Insurance Accepted: Traditional (Original) Medicare only

Out of Network: All Medicare Advantage and commercial plans.

Private Pay Rate:$150 per session.

If you have a Medicare Advantage or commercial insurance plan with Out-of-Network benefits, you may be eligible and wish to submit for reimbursement. I provide you with a Superbill (a detailed receipt) and you send it directly to your insurance company.

Note on Telehealth: If you wish to use insurance and prefer ongoing telehealth visits, I strongly encourage the first visit be in-person.
