Insurance Accepted: Traditional (Original) Medicare only

Out of Network: All Medicare Advantage and commercial plans.

Private Pay Rate:$150 per session.

If you have a Medicare Advantage or commercial insurance plan with Out-of-Network benefits, you may be eligible and wish to submit for reimbursement. I provide you with a Superbill (a detailed receipt) and you send it directly to your insurance company.

In-Person Sessions Only. I prioritize the traditional office visit to offer a more focused, personal experience. For those seeking remote options, numerous telehealth providers are available throughout the region.
